Established in 2016 and officially registered as an NGO in 2019, the Pure Pearl Foundation (PPF) emanates from Mombasa, Kenya, with a resolute mission: To inspire local communities, women, children and youth through our model that hedged on Eduucation , Environment and Empowerment. The foundation’s vision, A society where every woman is empowered and lives to her fullest potential.underscores its strategic dedication to empowering marginalized women and girls, fostering sustainable development, and propelling socio-economic progress in the Coast region. PPF has been an instrumental force for positive change, marking significant strides in socio-economic development across both rural and urban communities. Embracing a multi-faceted approach, PPF collaborates with the National Government, County Government, Civil Society Organizations, and Academia, actively engaging in transformative initiatives
The foundation boasts a proven track record in empowering girls and women through comprehensive scholarship and mentorship programs, guaranteeing access to quality education, skill development, and vital financial support. Through technology-driven initiatives, PPF bridges gender gaps in tech-related fields, providing training in coding, computer literacy, and relevant skills to enhance economic opportunities.
Recognizing the significance of fostering peaceful coexistence, PPF conducts impactful workshops and awareness campaigns on conflict resolution, gender equality, and community cohesion.
